Description: Crazy boiler setup inherited from previous owner of the house. Gas fired water heater supplies both hot water and heat via top circulation pump and top left heat exchanger. The way the pumps are installed doesn't make sense at all, has been modified since.

Description: Cork Hostel I'm not sure whether regular white PVC trunking is actually UV rated and listed for outdoor use. Normally that stuff is used to wire offices and other indoor spaces.

Description: Dublin Hostel #3 The washer is connected via a 30A isolation switch, the dryer seems to be gas and just has a BS1363 plug. The top loading machines are pretty unusual in this part of the world.

Description: Dublin Hostel #3 Apparently this side branch of the cellar (common room) was walled off at some point, only leaving a small access hatch. Do you think this room has any issues? ;) Weird enough, there was a light on in there after they did some work! The air was saturated with moisture in there, it smelled moldy and the walls were close to dripping wet.
