Photo# 2 New tap can to re-feed existing meter stack, notice the label from the factory labeling the bussing as neutral phase a phase b phase c. this caused a huge problem as the existing meter stack was in all actuallity phase a phase b then neutral, then phase c. Bad nws for us!
