Harold Endean Registered: February 2010 Posts: 4	In the town that I am the AHJ in, I was driving around doing inspections when I happen to see this. The PoCo decided to run a temporary primary service to a factory. They just dropped 3 7KV wires on the ground, put up some cones, run through a field, over a fence to the pole on the street. The total run must have been200-300 feet. I couldn't believe it. I have some more pictures if anyone is interested. It is fixed now, but the wire lay on the ground like this for2 weeks.
