I am wanting to run a new pipe riser here at the top right hand corner. I am concerned if the local code will allow it. It does seem to be 3 ft. away from the deck vertically and above the window on the right.

Hope this picture makes it through alright. This is one of two I'll try to upload. The other one will show the corner where the service drop is. I plan on running the riser up from the same location on the back, up through the decking, then using a 90 to go to the corner. The weather head will be facing away from the deck.
