Description: This weatherhead and SEU cable was "embedded" in aluminum siding with denuded phase conductors that had arc'd against the grounded aluminum siding during a recent rain storm. Owner was unaware of the fire that could have resulted..we found out after she called us about "flickering lights" in her house.
