Description: OK. So I walk into an electrical room with the MDP and low volt telephone and cable hookups. I look into a corner and there is a high voltage transformer with no cage around it.

Main Panel burned lug

Description: Found this over tightened stripped aluminum lug on a home owners main panel. With the lug damaged, a poor connection was established causing heat to destroy the wire and lug. The other lugs were set properly without damage
