I was sent out to install a double pole circuit at this house for a "surge protector". I gave an estimate for the outside service and also one for the inside panel only. Don't look like I'll get the job, but I think someone needs to. Wonder how many code violations we could find in this one? This panel is actually setting in front of an existing one in the wall. You can see the wires coming from the older one to this one.
